Guest Coordinator

Sydney Film Festival is looking for a Guest Coordinator/Program Assistant. The ideal candidate must be people friendly and highly organised with a love of minor details. They will enjoy working while others play or sleep, and be both an early bird and a night owl. They’ll have the ability to juggle ten balls at once and make it look easy.

Ticketing Manager

Sydney Film Festival is looking for a Ticketing Manager for the 2020 festival responsible for coordinating all public ticket sales for the 2020 SFF. This involves ensuring superior customer service, managing box office staff, and facilitating the sale of subscriptions, Flexipasses and single tickets over multiple venues throughout the Festival.

Development Intern

The Development Team is seeking a motivated self-starter interested in learning about arts funding and management and particularly how to match corporate marketing objectives or individual philanthropic interests with the powerful medium of film. The Development Team is responsible for generating all non-ticketing revenue for the Festival and includes sponsorship, philanthropy, and grants.

Philanthropy Coordinator

Sydney Film Festival is offering an opportunity for an aspiring arts professional, either at the beginning, or in the early stages of their career to join the Festival’s Development Team. The successful candidate will have a passion for culture and the arts, and in particular, for business development and the important role it plays in facilitating cultural events within our community.

This is a new full-time role, which supports the Philanthropy Manager in the full realisation of the Festival’s broader fundraising goals. It also provides an opportunity to learn and develop skills for building strong and long-lasting relationships with donors and sponsors, whilst working within a small, hard-working and supportive team where there is an opportunity to contribute and think creatively. The position has been made possible through a generous donation from Andrew Cameron AM and Cathy Cameron, whose gift will also fund training opportunities to support the career development of the successful candidate.
