Philanthropy Coordinator

Sydney Film Festival is seeking a full-time Philanthropy Coordinator to join its Development team. This new position within the organisation will work with the Philanthropy Manager to deliver and support the growth of the Festival’s philanthropy program and the broader goals of the Development team.

The successful candidate must have superior written and oral communication skills, familiarity with the philanthropic sector and a track record of delivering high-quality events. They must be able to thrive in a fast-paced team environment, demonstrate a high level of attention to detail and have excellent computer and research skills. Experience in data analysis is highly desirable, along with a keen interest in arts, culture and film.

Position details: Full-time, 12 month fixed term contract

Website and Digital Coordinator

We’re seeking a Website and Digital Coordinator to expand digital engagement with SFF. You will use your exceptional writing and digital skills to lead social media campaigns, content planning, email marketing and web management. You will coordinate the rollout of a paid social media campaign with the help of an agency. We’re looking for an ambitious, analytical, and results-driven individual who is happy to work in a highly collaborative team and implement digital marketing campaigns.

The Website and Digital Coordinator is responsible for SFF’s website, organising content in collaboration with the Marketing and Ticketing teams on the look, feel and editorial content of the site. The Website and Digital Coordinator also creates and looks after all online channels for SFF including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and YouTube.

Position details: Full-time, 24 February – 28 June, 2019
Remuneration: $57,000 pro rata

Guest Coordinator / Program Assistant

The Sydney Film Festival’s Industry and Guest Team is looking to recruit a Guest Coordinator to work as part of the team for the 2019 Festival. The successful candidate must be people friendly, highly organised with a love of delivering on minor details. As both an early bird and night owl, they must enjoy working while others play or sleep and have the ability to juggle ten balls at once. And make it all look easy.
