Campaign Manager
The Campaign Manager and is responsible for overseeing the promotion and branding of the festival, and ensuring high visibility across print, media, outdoor, and third parties to increase audiences. The role takes responsibility as the primary point of contact with our external media partners, advertisers, cross promotion partners, marketing suppliers and venues partners.

Publications Manager
The Publications Manager primary responsibility is producing the main Festival Program Guide and Mini Guides. They also commission, collate, edit, publish and transmit Festival copy across all Festival channels, including copywriting where required.

Partnerships & Events Coordinator
The Partnerships and Events (P&E) Coordinator will provide a vital support role across the partnership program and partnerships and philanthropy events. The role provides an opportunity for a hard-working and dedicated person with experience in event coordination, partner or donor relationship management, and with a passion for the cultural sector, to develop their skills and experience within a small, hard-working and supportive team. The successful applicant will demonstrate an appreciation of the importance of diverse income streams to cultural organisations and a willingness to contribute creative ideas and work hard to achieve excellent results that meet and aim to exceed partner and donor expectations.

Expressions of Interest
More contract roles for the 2025 Sydney Film Festival will open shortly, for contract durations ranging from 6 month contracts to casual positions during the Festival days.
Roles will become available in the Guest and Industry Team, Events and Production, Marketing, Ticketing, and Partnerships. Please note, there are no contract roles for programming.
If you are interested in joining the SFF 2025 team, you are welcome to send an up to date CV to info@sff.org.au with the subject line EXPRESSION OF INTEREST, and letting us know which area of SFF you would be interested in working in. If a specific role comes up, you will still be required to submit an application addressing the selection criteria, but we may use your EOI to invite you to apply.
