Come See Me in the Good Light
Synopsis
An extraordinary love story rooted in poetry, resilience, and deep connection emerges out of the cancer diagnosis received by Andrea Gibson, Colorado Poet Laureate. A beloved spoken word performer known for touring rock venues, Gibson met their partner Megan Falley on the poetry slam circuit, and their bond quickly grew. Now, they navigate life’s fragility together, writing, creating, and caring for their dogs, as Gibson prepares one final show and Megan works on a new book. Director Ryan White (The Case Against 8, SFF 2014) crafts an intimate, tender portrait of two remarkable people. By the end of this moving testament to love and the value of every little moment of life, there won’t a be a dry eye in the house.
