We acknowledge Australia’s First Nations People as the Traditional Owners and Custodians of the land, and pay respect to the Gadigal people of the Eora Nation, upon whose Country SFF are based.
We honour the storytelling and culture of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities across Australia.

Code Of Conduct

At TFF we strive to create a Festival atmosphere that brings people together in a good way to mutually celebrate the power and pleasure of cinema.

We ask attendees to show their respect for the work on screen and for their fellow audience members by turning off their mobiles, arriving on time, refraining from talking during the movie, and respecting the seating arrangements indicated by TFF and the cinema.

All TFF attendees have the right to be free of harassment, discrimination, sexism, and threatening or disrespectful behaviour – either in-person or online – from others attending the Festival. We reserve the right to refuse entry to Festival events and venues without notice for those who engage in such conduct.

If you experience a violation of this Code of Conduct at the Festival, please contact a member of staff.
