Jerome Smith is a proud Gomeroi storyteller from Moree whose passion for film and authentic storytelling has led him to build a career across acting, writing, and directing. In 2021, he left his hometown to pursue his dream of becoming an actor, gaining valuable on-set experience across a range of film and television productions while developing his understanding of storytelling both in front of and behind the camera.
Driven by a strong creative voice and a desire to tell meaningful stories, Jerome’s work is shaped by collaboration, culture, and emotionally grounded narratives that reflect contemporary Australian life and Indigenous perspectives.
