Partnerships & Events Coordinator

The Partnerships and Events (P&E) Coordinator will provide a vital support role across the partnership program, and partnerships and philanthropy events. The role provides an opportunity for a hard-working and dedicated person with experience in event coordination, partner or donor relationship management, and with a passion for the cultural sector, to develop their skills and experience within a small, hard-working and supportive team.

Campaign Manager

The Campaign Manager is responsible for overseeing the promotion and branding of the festival, and ensuring high visibility across print, media, outdoor, and third parties to increase audiences. The role takes responsibility as the primary point of contact with our external media partners, advertisers, cross promotion partners, marketing suppliers and venues partners.

In-House Designer

The In-House Designer is responsible for creation and delivery of creative assets for the Sydney Film Festival including but not limited to invitations, advertisements and other visual materials for use in both print and online, using Adobe Creative Suite and other software as required.

Ticketing System Administrator

The Ticketing System Administrator is responsible for supporting the CRM & Ticketing Manager with the successful running of the Ferve Ticketing System. This involves facilitating the sale of subscriptions, Flexipasses and single ticket sales across multiple venues through system maintenance, reporting and updates. The candidate will be required to work all dates of the Festival (3-14 June 2026) in the day/evening and occasional weekends post SFF launch. Time in Lieu and salary will reflect these additional hours.
