Operations & Events Manager
CONTRACT ROLE: Reporting to the Head of Operations & Events, the Operations & Events Manager is a crucial management and coordination position in the Operations & Events Team, with key departmental and stakeholder coordination with Ticketing, Volunteers, Venues, Suppliers, and Production to deliver the Sydney Film Festival.

Materials & Content Manager
CONTRACT ROLE: The Materials & Content Manager is responsible for securing, tracking and coordinating promotional and marketing materials for films screening in Sydney Film Festival. It includes the editing and storage of these materials. The role also assists in the gathering of extended content for use in-cinema and online and also coordinates the storage of Festival photography and video, assists with Festival presentations, and assists with the Festival’s digital channels (e.g. YouTube).

DIGITAL MARKETING Coordinator
CONTRACT ROLE: We’re seeking a Digital Marketing Coordinator to expand digital engagement with SFF. You will use your exceptional writing and digital skills to manage the daily social media calendar, execute social media campaigns, and help build and send the Festival’s eNews, under the guidance of the Digital Marketing Manager.

Marketing & Publications Coordinator
CONTRACT ROLE: The Marketing & Publications Coordinator works in two distinct phases of the campaign to assist the shifting priorities of the Marketing Team over the campaign. In the initial phase of the contract, the role works closely under the Publications Manager to assist in the delivery of the printed and online program guides and mini guides. Once the program has been launched, the role enters its second phase where the role works with the Campaign Manager and utilises their in-depth knowledge of the program to cross-promote the Festival program to niche and targeted audiences.

Materials & Content Coordinator
CONTRACT ROLE: The Materials & Content Coordinator plays a key role in ideation and creation of engaging video content on SFF digital platforms, working closely with the Digital Marketing Manager and Digital Marketing Coordinator.
