Ticketing System Administrator
The Ticketing System Administrator is responsible for supporting the CRM & Ticketing Manager with the successful running of the Ferve Ticketing System. This involves facilitating the sale of subscriptions, Flexipasses and single ticket sales across multiple venues through system maintenance, reporting and updates. The candidate will be required to work all dates of the Festival (3-14 June 2026) in the day/evening and occasional weekends post SFF launch. Time in Lieu and salary will reflect these additional hours.

Partnerships & Events Coordinator
The Partnerships and Events (P&E) Coordinator will provide a vital support role across the partnership program, and partnerships and philanthropy events. The role provides an opportunity for a hard-working and dedicated person with experience in event coordination, partner or donor relationship management, and with a passion for the cultural sector, to develop their skills and experience within a small, hard-working and supportive team.

Associate Producer
Reporting to the Head of Operations & Events, the Associate Producer is a crucial management and coordination position in the Operations & Events Team, responsible for delivering the Festival Hub (‘The Hub’) and producing the Festival’s Major Events and other live performances.

Guest Coordinator
Reporting to the Head of Industry and Special Projects, the Guest Coordinator will assist with: Guest relations for the festival; guest registration and liaison; coordination and supervision of Industry Centre when available; Host and support festival guests during their time at the festival; Red Carpet events.

Industry Events Coordinator
Reporting to the Head of Industry and Special Projects, the Industry Events Coordinator is responsible for ensuring the delivery of well-organised film industry focussed events taking place during the Sydney Film Festival. This role is responsible for all aspects of the event from managing invitations, finalising catering and venues, and overseeing the smooth running of the event on the night.

Publications Manager
