Hunting Daze

A fiery argument with her boss leaves exotic dancer Nina stranded in the middle of nowhere. Her only option is to return to the bachelor party she worked at the night before and ask for shelter. In the first of many clever twists on survival thriller conventions, these posturing city man-boys are no threat. Nina soon feels right at home in their “wolf pack” at a remote hunting lodge. But shocking events are in store once a mysterious stranger arrives. Both brutal and dreamily hypnotic, Blanc’s darkly comic examination of relationships between men, women and nature is superbly photographed and features a knockout lead performance from Nahéma Ricci.
