Most unclassified SFF screenings have age restrictions of 18+ or 15+. No one under 18 is admitted to 18+ films. Children under 15 will only be admitted to 15+ films with a parent or guardian. Films in the Family section are classified for all ages, but please note age recommendations for these films.

No refunds are possible for any subscription, Flexipass or single ticket purchases made by a patron. Exchanges incur a $2 fee per ticket and can be made in My Account, at an SFF Box Office or by calling our Box Office information line 1300 733 733. Exchanges can be made up until one hour before the start time, and are not available for discount tickets.
