Classifications

Please note that, due to Federal Legislation, no person under 18 years old (including babies) can be admitted to any session unless the film has been classified accordingly.

Flexipass

In locations that include the 5 Film Flexipass, please note that the Flexipass can be redeemed for one ticket per film. For help redeeming your Flexipass, read our Flexipass booking guide or call our box office on 1300 733 733.

Fees

A booking fee of $2 will be charged on all telephone and online bookings.

Concessions

Concession ticket prices are available to students, pensioners, healthcare card holders, unemployed and seniors. Concession cards must be shown at the box office, cinema doors and on request.

All sessions are general admission unless otherwise specified. Please arrive early to secure your seat.

All sessions start at the times indicated in the program. Late arrival for a session may result in non-admittance until a suitable break in the screening and only after the conclusion of a short film screening (if applicable).

If a screening is cancelled, pass holders who have redeemed a ticket for that screening will be given a replacement ticket on request. Single ticket holders for the cancelled screening will receive a replacement ticket of equal value. Cash will not be refunded in any circumstance.

Program details are correct at the time of printing but are subject to change where necessary and without notice. Please check our website for updates or alterations to the published program.

Film piracy, recording or copying is a criminal offence and violation of copyright. Any person caught recording or copying any session will be removed immediately from the venue; all their tickets and passes will be cancelled and every action will be taken to ensure that they are prosecuted to the full extent of both the criminal and the civil law.

Please check your sessions, times, Subscriptions and Flexipasses are correct prior to payment as there are no refunds on any item sold. In the event that any event is cancelled, the full value will be refunded to the credit or debit card used for purchase. If, within the 5 days leading up to your session, you are unwell, please contact our ticketing team on 1300 733 733 or tickets@sff.org.au, and we will provide a free exchange into another session of your choice (pending availability). By law, SFF will only provide refunds at our absolute discretion. Please note there are no partial refunds available including for Flexipass or Subscription purchases.
