The Cycle of Love
In Delhi, 1975, young street artist PK meets Lotta, who is visiting from Sweden, and paints her portrait. Convinced she is the love foretold to him in his youth, PK sets out on an extraordinary journey, attempting to cycle across continents to find her again. Director Orlando von Einsiedel (Virunga) brings the suspenseful story to life through carefully crafted reenactments and tender interviews with PK and Lotta today, fifty years after they first met. This documentary tells a remarkable true story of devotion and endurance.
