Detective Toni Alma (Rarriwuy Hick) is assigned to investigate a suspicious car accident in Perdar Theendar, the Aboriginal community she left as a child and has had little to do with over the years. The beauty of Aboriginal art and the sometimes devious practices in the global art market take Detective Alma on a hunt for a killer. This is a murder mystery like no other, exploring culture, community, family and one woman’s pursuit to find her place within it. Co-created by Glynn (She Who Must Be All four episodes will be presented, with a 15-minute interval between episodes 2 and 3.

Director
Erica Glynn is an AFTRS graduate, whose storytelling career spans more than 20 years. Her work includes the award-winning short film My Bed Your Bed and documentaries including She Who Must Be Obeyed Loved (Documentary Australia Award, SFF 2019). Her recent directing credits include Black Comedy (ABC) and the SBS series True Colours.
Steven McGregor
Director
Steven McGregor is an award-winning writer and director. He co-wrote the feature film wSweet Country and directed episodes of the ABC series Warriors, Black Comedy and Preppers. His writing credits include episodes of Mystery Road and Redfern Now. His documentary work includes Looky Looky Here Comes Cooky (2020), Servant or Slave (2016), Croker Island Exodus (2012), Big Name No Blanket (2013) and My Brother Vinnie (2006).
Warren H. Williams
Creator
Warren H. Williams is an Arrernte man, a musician, songwriter, recording artist and broadcaster who made his screenwriting-directing debut in the ICTV series Our Place (2015).
