This SXSW hit follows Becky, a 16-year-old waitress who takes spectacularly bloody revenge on the right-wing misogynist scumbags who murdered her friend and stole her dog.
Hell hath no fury like the heroine of this fast and ferocious revenge film. Lulu Wilson is dynamite as Becky, who’s been laying low and honing her fighting skills since surviving violent events two years ago. But no peace is possible for her once a bunch of neo-Nazi morons calling themselves ‘Noble Men’ murder the only adult she trusts and kidnap her loyal hound. Executed with flair by directors Matt Angel and Suzanne Coote, this top-notch exploitation film delivers delightfully outlandish violence and snappy deadpan humour. The blood-soaked excitement never stops once Becky tracks down fascist leader Darryl (Seann William Scott) and teaches his gormless goons a thing or two about urban combat.
