What do weddings mean to modern women? Four very different women from Australia, India, Mexico and Turkey prepare for their weddings, each one with different significance.

To Benay, in Turkey, it means a new beginning and a new family. To Anna, in Australia, it means being made one with her partner and her god. To Luthanlu, in India, it's preserving her culture; and for Dalia, in Mexico, it means her Catholic family's acceptance of her sexuality.
