Barrel Bar & Dining is situated just a few doors down from Cremorne’s iconic Orpheum theatre, and has established itself as one classy watering hole. Owners and sommeliers Tony Binning (Gordon Ramsay’s, London) and Alex Searle (Momofuku) joined forces with head chef Jeremy Pace (Guillaume at Bennelong) for this wonderful bar/eatery. The menu features modern Australian cooking and changes regularly. With an eclectic mix of snacks, substantial share plates and a three or five course dining option, there's something to suit all appetites.
