Submissions

Entries have now closed for the 2024 festival.

Deadline extensions may be granted for those seeking to submit to the Documentary Australia Award, Australian Fiction Features, First Nations Award, or Screenability categories on a case-by-case basis. Deadline extension requests or submission queries may be sent to justin.martyniuk@sff.org.au. The 71st Sydney Film Festival will take place from 5 – 16 June 2024. Entrants will be notified by the 3 May 2024 regarding decisions about their submissions.
